Chicken for shashlik
Description
This recipe comes from Indian cuisine, where kebabs are traditionally cooked in a tandoor (a special oven) at high temperatures. Since we don't live in India and such an oven isn't available in every home, you can use a grill or barbecue instead. A yogurt-based marinade will help keep the meat juicy.
