Chicken on a bottle in the oven

From each beer bottle, pour out 1 glass of the carbonated drink and keep the rest for the recipe. Place the bottles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix all the spices from the ingredients list.

Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Rub the mixture of spices on the outside and inside of the chicken.

Place the chicken onto the bottle. Put the bird in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes.

When the chicken has cooled slightly, remove it from the bottle and serve. Add your favorite side dish.
