Jamie Oliver's Chicken Curry
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's from the "Budget Dishes" category. The chicken is first seared and then simmered in a curry sauce that we'll prepare from scratch. The ingredients are simple; just make sure to have the necessary spices on hand. You can use any part of the chicken—I'm using a thigh, but even pre-cooked fillet will work. I've slightly adapted the recipe by removing the red chili pepper, as my family doesn't prefer spicy food. If you enjoy spicy cuisine, feel free to add some chili pepper—just don't overdo it! Serve the chicken on its own or with a side dish; rice would be perfect. The meat turns out very tender, juicy, and aromatic, literally melting in your mouth! Give it a try. Serve hot.
