Chicken fried with mushrooms
Description
To prepare chicken fried with mushrooms, you don't necessarily need a whole chicken—you can use just the legs or quarters. If you do use a whole bird, cut it into equal pieces. For the herbs, I recommend using basil and parsley, along with a couple of thyme sprigs—they'll give the dish an unforgettable aroma. I use button mushrooms, although wild mushrooms work very well too. This dish is perfect both for an everyday dinner and for festive occasions. Let's take a look at the recipe.
