Chinese-style fried chicken
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It contains only the most essential ingredients, with no dried spices or herbs. Despite the marinade and sauce containing plenty of sugar and chili pepper, the dish turns out tender, with a well-balanced flavor of sweetness and spiciness. Although rice wine is used in the recipe, it can be easily substituted with vinegar. Everything is cooked over high heat, and fine chopping is essential—this way, the chicken will quickly and evenly sear. Serve hot.
