Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the marinade. Combine all the listed ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- 2
Step 2

Rub the marinade all over the chicken, inside and out. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 2 hours.
- 3
Step 3

Meanwhile, boil the bulgur in salted water until cooked, then transfer to a sieve and let the excess liquid drain off.
- 4
Step 4

Stuff the chicken with bulgur. One tip—don't pack the filling tightly; let the bulgur lie loosely inside, so the chicken cooks better. Secure the opening with a toothpick.
- 5
Step 5

Mix the mustard with sour cream and spread it over the chicken.
- 6
Step 6

Place the chicken in a roasting bag. Pour the remaining marinade from the bowl over the chicken, trying to get some inside the bulgur. Tie the bag and place it in an oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. At the end of cooking, make a cut in the bag and continue baking the chicken until golden brown.
- 7
Step 7

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes and serve.
- 8
Step 8

Serve at the table.
