Chicken stuffed with Brussels sprouts
Description
Stuffed cabbage chicken is a festive dish made from quite ordinary ingredients. The dish is fairly simple and can even be prepared by a bachelor, yet it looks very festive on the table. The chicken itself, cooked according to this recipe, turns out crispy and juicy, while the stuffing is very tender and rich in flavor.
Instructions

Step 1

Chop the bacon, onion, and garlic into medium-sized pieces haphazardly. Wash the Brussels sprouts and let them dry. Heat olive oil in a skillet, then add the bacon, followed by the onion, garlic, and butter. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, remove from heat, and let it sit covered for about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Then transfer all the contents of our skillet to a blender jar and process until it reaches a minced consistency.

Step 3

Thaw the chicken naturally (do not defrost in the microwave—just let it sit at room temperature for about an hour). Stuff the chicken with our filling. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then place it in a preheated oven at 180°C.

Step 4

I can't say exactly how many minutes are needed to cook the chicken, as it depends on its size. Approximately 40-50 minutes should be enough for a stuffed chicken to cook thoroughly. When the chicken turns a characteristic golden color, it's ready to be taken out and served.
