Description
The recipe won't take much time. Chicken drumsticks, thighs, or whole legs get an unforgettable flavor in this dish, thanks to the wonderful sauce. You can use either white or red wine. Tomatoes add a slight tanginess, garlic brings piquancy, and ham contributes a smoky note. No one has ever remained indifferent to this simple-to-prepare, aromatic, and incredibly delicious dish. Serve hot.

Wash the chicken, dry it, and place it in a heavy-bottomed pot.

Pour in the olive oil and fry until lightly golden. You can use regular sunflower oil.

Peel the onion, wash it, and chop. Place in a frying pan, add a little oil, and sauté until translucent.

Add the fried onion to the pot with the chicken.

Peel the tomatoes, chop them by any method, and add to the saucepan. Add the bay leaf.

Pour in the dry wine, add salt, pepper, sugar, dried basil, and oregano. Also add 200 ml of water.
