
Grilled chicken with pasta and tomato sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Chicken breasts fried in oil, served with pasta and tomato sauce, make an excellent dinner dish. Serve hot.

1. Rinse chicken breasts in cold water. Place between sheets of parchment paper and pound with a meat mallet to a thickness of about 2.5 cm. Season both sides with steak seasoning.

2. Preheat the grill to medium heat, lightly oil it, and grill the chicken breasts over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side. Alternatively, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken, set aside, and let it cool.

3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of salt. Add pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until the garlic becomes soft, about 3–5 minutes. Do not overcook or let the garlic brown!

4. Add the chicken broth and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into pieces.

5. As soon as the broth reduces, mix it with the tomato sauce.

6. Add the cream and stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.

7. Chop the parsley and basil, add to the sauce and mix well. Drain the water from the cooked pasta and add the pasta to the sauce. Stir. Divide the pasta among plates and top with pieces of chicken.
