Kupaty with potatoes in the oven
Description
This recipe for baking kupeksa with potatoes in the oven is admittedly very appetizing, yet extremely simple. I've tried cooking kupeksa with various sides, but they go best with potatoes. And when prepared this easy "two-layer" way, you simultaneously cook both the side dish and the meat, saving considerable time. Give it a try yourself.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut them into strips. Sprinkle with spices and pour oil over them. Mix with your hands so that both oil and spices are evenly distributed. However, to save time, you can simply buy ready-made potato sticks from the store.

Step 2

2. Evenly distribute the potatoes on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Thread the sausages onto skewers and cut into pieces. Or cut first, then thread—whichever is more convenient for you.

Step 3

3. When the potatoes start to crackle, flip them over. Place the sausages on top of the slightly browned potatoes and return to the oven, but reduce the heat to 160 degrees, which will be sufficient.

Step 4

4. The fat from the sausages will drip onto the potatoes, preventing them from burning and making them especially tasty. When the sausages turn golden brown, remove them and serve everything together. Ready!
