Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Sesame bread will perfectly complement any first courses and serve as a base for sandwiches and snacks. Instead of black sesame you can use white. It's the same seeds, just hulled. By the way, according to Chinese medicine, black sesame helps prevent aging. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare the ingredients for making sesame bread.

Pour warm water into a bowl, add the yeast with sugar.

Add salt and refined sunflower oil.

Add the sifted flour.

Knead an elastic, non‑sticky dough.

Cover the dough with a towel and place it in a warm place. In an hour, the dough will increase significantly in volume.

Remove the dough from the bowl, pat it down, and roll it out into a rectangular sheet.

Roll the dough into a tight log. After each turn, run your fingers along the seam.
