Sesame balls
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. You'll definitely love this simple recipe for sesame balls! They're very light and disappear quickly! They're not too sweet on their own, so I serve them on skewers with jam or condensed milk. Everyone will be happy: those who aren't fans of overly sweet treats can enjoy these cookies plain, while sweet lovers can drizzle them with sweet sauces. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

1. Mix all the dry ingredients, except for the sesame seeds. Then add water and stir. The mixture should form a sticky, medium-thick dough that sticks to your hands. If the dough is too stiff, add more water or milk. Shape the dough into balls with wet hands, and generously coat each ball in sesame seeds.

2. To help the sesame seeds stick better and prevent the balls from falling apart during baking, I recommend chilling them in the freezer for 10 minutes.

3. Then bake in a preheated oven until the tops of the cookies turn golden brown. It took me 15 minutes!
