Description

The recipe won't take much time. Although the cooking process takes quite a while, it's actually very simple. As for the filling, you can use either rice or buckwheat, for example. You can also add boiled egg, herbs, and various spices if desired. I highly recommend keeping this recipe for kundyum in mind, as the dish is incredibly delicious. Serve hot.

    1. Place the mushrooms in a saucepan and cover with cold water. After a couple of hours, put on the stove and boil (about 35 minutes) until cooked. Carefully remove them with a slotted spoon and chop finely. Finely chop the onion and sauté for a couple of minutes in vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms and cook together for another 5–7 minutes.

    8. Place them on a baking sheet and put into a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Then pour boiling mushroom broth into a heatproof dish or small pots, add the kundumy, and return them to the oven for 12–15 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
