Boiled Easter Bread

Description

For Easter, we bake Easter bread (kulich). It can be made from different types of dough. One method is to use scalded dough. The scalded kulich turns out tender, delicious, and sufficiently moist, infused with cognac (optional). Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
