
Kulich in a multicooker without yeast
Description

Prepare all ingredients. Soften the butter in advance at room temperature.

Beat the softened butter with sugar and vanilla.

The dough should be fairly thick and viscous. If the dough turned out very “stiff,” you can add a little milk or sour cream.

Stir everything once more and transfer the dough into the butter‑greased bowl of the multicooker. Dust the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Bake on the “bake” setting for 1 hour.
