Easter bread in a multicooker

Description

Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. Making good Easter bread dough in a multicooker is not that simple. I don't specify the exact amount of flour in the recipe, as the dough consistency should be determined by touch. It should be as soft as your earlobe. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, knead it long enough. But attention! The dough should not be sticky, yet it shouldn't hold its shape firmly. If you roll it into a ball and place it on the table, it should slowly spread out. If you add too much flour, you'll end up with a dry and hard Easter bread. Therefore, add flour gradually, and you can grease your hands with sunflower oil. When placing the dough in the multicooker on the "heating" mode, make sure the temperature does not exceed 30–35 degrees Celsius, otherwise the dough will simply cook. Baking time may vary depending on your multicooker's settings and the amount of dough. Good luck—your baking is ready. Serve at the table.
