Cheese Easter bread in a multicooker
Description
Not every homemaker enjoys baking. That's exactly why multicookers were invented. Preparing this little Easter cake was very easy. While the multicooker was baking, I managed to prepare other dishes for the table. Serve it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Step 1
Dissolve yeast and one teaspoon of sugar in warmed milk. Add 3 tablespoons of wheat flour. Let it rise in a warm place. In another container, beat a couple of egg whites with 100 g of sugar. Mix the yolks, rubbed with salt and vanilla, together with the risen sponge. Add cottage cheese and butter. Fold in the egg whites (reserve part for the icing).

Step 2
Stir the mixture with a spoon. Gradually add flour in portions and knead the dough for Easter bread. It should become smooth and elastic. Let it rise in a warm place for 50 minutes, covered with a towel. Then punch it down and add candied fruits.

Step 3
Put our dough into the multicooker and leave it in the "Heating" mode for 15 minutes. The dough will rise. Then set the "Baking" mode for 1 hour. As soon as the smart cooker beeps, do not open the lid and add another 30 minutes of "Baking".

Step 4
Once the kulich has cooled, pour the beaten egg white with sugar (the one we set aside) over it. You can spread it not only on top but also on the sides.

Step 5
Decorate the kulich with store-bought sprinkles. If unavailable, you can add coconut or chocolate flakes. Slice and enjoy!
