Cheese Easter bread without yeast
Description
Homemade baked treat for tea. Preparing this kulich won't take much of your time. The cottage cheese kulich differs from the traditional one not only in taste but also in texture. For the filling, you can choose raisins, dried fruits, candied fruits, almonds, or other nuts. For the glaze, use traditional egg-white icing, sour cream glaze, or chocolate. Read on and try making it yourself. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
