The recipe won't take much time. Kulich with cognac is a tasty and fragrant homemade pastry for the Easter holiday. Using a traditional set of ingredients—flour, butter, eggs, milk, and yeast—you can bake wonderful kulich. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients for making a kulich with cognac.

Meanwhile, mix the eggs and the remaining sugar in a bowl.

Soak the raisins in cognac for 10–15 minutes, then add them to the dough.

Press the dough and distribute it into the molds, you can use paper ones. I have two paper molds with a capacity of 300 grams. Fill the molds one third full.
