Easter Easter bread with raisins
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. This Easter bread with raisins is not the easiest to make at home, but it's still easier than many other recipes. So I'd even call it relatively simple. The dough rises almost every time, and there's no need to constantly monitor it or move it from warm spot to warm spot—the recipe is thought out as successfully as possible. Try it and see for yourself.

Step 1

1. Dissolve the yeast (raw) with sugar, then add egg yolks and mix everything together. Then add warm milk, melted butter, salt, and vanilla sugar.

Step 2

2. Next, add the flour and knead until you get a smooth dough. Then pour in the vegetable oil and continue kneading by hand for as long as you can. The dough should come away from your hands. Place the dough into a pot, cover with plastic wrap, and set in a warm place to rise.

Step 3

3. Let it infuse in a warm place for half an hour. Then gently knead once again, and let it rise again. After that, add raisins coated in flour, and knead the dough for a long time until it becomes elastic and pliable.

Step 4

4. Place the dough into molds, filling no more than one third. Let it rise for 30 minutes at 30°C in a closed oven. Then turn on the maximum heat and bake for 10-25 minutes (depending on the oven power). Check for doneness with a toothpick.
