Simple Easter Bread
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. To make a simple Easter bread, you need to know the secrets of yeast dough. If using fresh yeast, check its quality like this: fresh yeast has an even color, crumbles easily, and doesn't smear. Prepare the dough for simple Easter bread in a warm kitchen, free from drafts. You can add vanilla powder together with candied fruits, or replace it with citrus zest. Once the dough has fully risen (after adding the egg whites), do not stir it again; carefully place it into molds using both hands to preserve its airy texture! If you need to make more loaves, simply double the recipe. Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
