The recipe won't take much time. Making Easter kulichs with milk is very simple and quick. They will definitely turn out for everyone if you follow the recipe and step‑by‑step instructions. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Divide the dough equally among the molds, about 315 g each. The mold is 9 × 9 cm. Fill the molds to one‑third of their volume. Cover with a napkin and let rest for another 30 minutes.

    Bake the kulich at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, checking doneness with a wooden skewer or toothpick.

    For decorating the kulich cakes, prepare a glaze. To do this, soak 3 g of gelatin for swelling in 15 ml of water, pour 15 ml of water into powdered sugar. Heat the watery sugar solution almost to boiling, add the swollen gelatin, whisk well with a whisk or mixer, adding 5 drops of lemon juice. Apply the glaze to the kulich, decorate with sugar sprinkles.
