Description

It pairs perfectly with tea and coffee. Making Easter pastry without yeast is very easy, all the ingredients are readily available and you practically always have them on hand. The kulichs made with this recipe turn out very tasty and aromatic! Be sure to try them! You can add cinnamon, citrus zest, cardamom, or turmeric to the dough. Turmeric will give the pastry a pleasant yellowish color. For a larger quantity of kulichs, increase the ingredients by 2–3 times. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
