Easter bread without yeast and eggs
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. I'll tell you more below. Can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Remove the zest from the orange. Then squeeze the juice from the orange and strain it through a fine sieve to remove pulp and seeds. Measure the required amount of juice.
- 3
Step 3

Melt the coconut oil until it becomes liquid.
- 4
Step 4

In a separate bowl, mix together coconut oil, orange juice, applesauce, sugar, jam, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. The mixture should remain liquid, so if the coconut oil begins to solidify, warm it in the microwave.
- 5
Step 5

In a deep bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- 6
Step 6

Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients.
- 7
Step 7

Mix until smooth. The dough will be quite dense.
- 8
Step 8

Add the dried fruits and orange zest. Mix once again.
- 9
Step 9

Place the dough into paper molds for Easter bread. You can make one large loaf or several small ones. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C. A large loaf will take about 45–50 minutes, while smaller ones will need 20–30 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer—the bread should not be undercooked inside. If the top starts to burn, cover the loaf with foil and continue baking until done.
- 10
Step 10

Completely cool the finished kuliches and only then remove the paper forms.
- 11
Step 11

Cover them with icing, add decorations. I use almond petals; you can use sprinkles.
- 12
Step 12

Easter bread without yeast and eggs is ready.
- 13
Step 13

Enjoy your meal!
