Fish kulesh
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Basically, kulesh made with meat is a hearty porridge or soup. I prefer fish kulesh more, as it turns out less fatty. For preparing fish kulesh, I used fresh crucian carp, slightly simplified the recipe (decided to use just a sauté of onion and carrots), but the result was delightful! Check out the recipe. The finished dish can be served at the table.
