1. First, you need to prepare (or, as I did, simply thaw ready-made) dough, letting it rise twice.

2. Clean the fish and remove all the bones. Mix with chopped regular and green onions. Add spices as well.

3. Roll out the dough and brush it with melted butter, then add the filling. Roll up the kulebyaka.

4. From this amount of ingredients, I ended up with three small kuliebaki. Bake at 200 degrees, brushed with the remaining butter, for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.

5. This is the beautiful result you get. It's best to serve it slightly cooled, so the dough doesn't fall apart.
