
Kulebyaka with meat and mushrooms
Description
Tasty baking for the whole family. Kulebyaka is easy to make. The main thing is that the yeast be good quality. And, of course, the pie takes time. But your time and effort will be repaid with praise from family and guests. From the amounts listed you get two large kulebyakas, 30 centimeters long. Wonderful, even festive baking. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients for making kulebyaka.

Prepare the filling for kulebyaka. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Place them in a frying pan. Pour in sunflower oil and fry the mushrooms until the moisture has evaporated.

Add the sliced onion.

Sauté the onion with the mushrooms. Salt to taste and stir.

Crumble fresh yeast into a bowl.

Add salt and sugar.

Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap. Place in a warm spot.

Mince the boiled meat, add it to the onion and mushrooms, and mix. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll one part into a rectangle. Place the filling in the center.

Cover the pie with plastic wrap. Let the kulebyaka rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then brush with egg and place in an oven preheated to 175–180 degrees.
