Meat-filled kuliebyaka

Description

Perfect with tea and coffee. The preparation method for meat kulebyaka is the same as for fish kulebyaka. This hearty and delicious pie can be served for dinner and will be enjoyed by all family members. Kulebyaka is an excellent substitute for pizza or other savory pastries. You can use chicken, beef, or turkey. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Warm the milk to room temperature, then pour it into a bowl and dissolve the yeast in it.

    Add the sifted flour, melted and cooled butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt, mix well and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut it into cubes, wash the pepper, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes.
