Kulebyaka with potatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Unlike pies, kulebyaka is served hot. It can be complemented with sauce or adjika. If desired, the hot kulebyaka can be brushed with garlic pressed through a press. We'll prepare the potatoes diced, sautéed with onions in a pan. You can make mashed potatoes, combine them with sautéed onions and spread them on rolled‑out dough. Choose according to your taste. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
