
Cabbage-filled puff pastry kuliebyaka
Description
There are several recipes for making kulebyaka, using either puff pastry or yeast dough. In this recipe, kulebyaka is made with puff pastry and filled with cabbage and hard-boiled eggs. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

1. Let's prepare the filling. Finely chop the cabbage, then blanch for five to seven minutes. After that, let the cabbage cool down.

2. Hard boil the eggs, peel them, and finely chop. Then mix the cabbage, butter, and boiled eggs in a bowl. Season with pepper and salt, and mix well.

3. Roll the dough into a thin sheet. Place the prepared filling in the center of the dough, then pinch the edges together.

4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, placing the kulich seam-side down. Beat an egg in a small bowl and brush it over the kulich. Place the baking sheet with the kulich into the preheated oven. Bake for about twenty minutes.
