Heat the milk in the microwave for just a few seconds, until it's pleasantly warm, then add it to the resulting caramel mixture. Add the butter and salt there as well.

Layer the corn sticks, pouring caramel toffee over each previous layer.

Shape the cake into a pyramid or any form convenient for you. Place the resulting cake in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes.
