Corn muffins with candied fruit
Description
Goes perfectly with tea and coffee. The cupcakes stay soft and do not go stale for several days even without wrapping. You can use any candied peel or fruit — it all depends on your taste. If the cornmeal is coarse, sift it through a sieve. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
