    Pour vegetable oil into a glass of boiling water and stir. Then pour the resulting mixture into a bowl with the flour.

    Knead until you have a smooth, uniform dough. You may dust with a little wheat flour if needed. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and set aside for 20 minutes.

    Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut into large cubes. Boil until tender.
