
Cornmeal porridge with zucchini
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can use zucchini of any ripeness for the porridge. If using a young vegetable, you don't need to peel it—just cut it right away. If desired, you can add sweetener and butter. Cooking time depends on the grain's grind: fine grain cooks much faster than coarse. The ready dish can be served at the table.

Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds, then cut it into pieces. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the zucchini to the pan and fry for 5 minutes.
