Corn with Cheese
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Today I'll show you how to prepare the exact same corn at home without much expense or effort. What sets this recipe apart is that you can make it any time of year, because I use frozen corn that doesn't need to be thawed first. If you love corn as much as I do, use fresh corn in summer, and for winter pack corn in bags and keep it in the freezer until you need it. The base of the recipe: corn, butter, garlic, and cheese. Add any other ingredients you like; my version has Mexican roots—give it a try. The appetizer is ready. Serve right away.
