Description

The recipe won't take much time. It's simply baked corn cobs in the oven. The corn turns out very tasty, retaining all its juices. Serve with a separate sauce made of honey, butter, and chili pepper. Serve hot.

    Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Once heated, place the corn on the rack and bake for 35 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, mix the oil, ground red pepper, and honey.

    Remove the corn, carefully peel back the husk, and discard the corn silk. Spread a thick layer of sauce on top. The husk can serve as a handle while eating.
