Description
The recipe won't take much time. Kuirdak (or kuyrdak) is a traditional dish of the Kazakhs and other peoples of Asia. It's very easy to prepare, and the result is an aromatic, juicy, and incredibly delicious meal. Traditionally, kuirdak is made without potatoes, using only onions as the vegetable.
