Kubaro
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Pork for this sauce is best made from tenderloin, rear leg, or neck cuts. This meat cooks quickly, which is one of the positive qualities of "Kubaro." The starch gives a velvety taste and ensures that the sauce won't be watery, but will have a creamy consistency. Tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar make the pork sweet and sour, tender. Garlic adds spiciness and aroma. All these ingredients together create a unique and unforgettable flavor. The ready dish can be served at the table.
