Crimean Appetizer
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. Today I want to tell you about it. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Let's prepare a marinade for the shrimp. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, vegetable oil, and soy sauce.
- 2
Step 2

The shrimp I have are already boiled and peeled; they need to be thawed in advance. Place the shrimp in the marinade and let them sit for about 20 minutes. Then pan-fry them in a small amount of vegetable oil for 1–2 minutes on each side.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the toast bread diagonally and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden on both sides.
- 4
Step 4

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small sticks. Then fry them in a large amount of vegetable oil. Place the cooked potatoes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- 5
Step 5

Thaw the hake in advance, cut it into small pieces, coat in flour, and fry.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the mackerel into serving-size pieces.
- 7
Step 7

Cut the cucumber into thin rounds, and cut off the top of the tomato and remove the center.
- 8
Step 8

Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and dry them. Then arrange them on a plate, add the toasts, and sprinkle them with finely chopped parsley.
- 9
Step 9

Then we’ll put the fried potatoes on the bread with parsley, and the fried hake on the lettuce leaves.
- 10
Step 10

Arrange the mackerel pieces and shrimp on the plate. Marinated onion would be a nice touch on this plate :)

Step 11

Next, add the cucumber slices, and spoon a sauce of brynza, mayonnaise, and yogurt with minced garlic into the tomato. Sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley.
