Instructions

Step 1

To make the chicken wings tender and juicy, it's best to cook them with a small amount of vegetables that will impart their aroma to the meat. First, peel the onion, slice it into thin strips, and place it in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onion until it turns slightly brown.

Step 2

Peel and wash the carrots. Cut them into thin strips. If you want to do this faster, you can use a grater instead of a knife. Add the carrots to the onion in the frying pan.

Step 3

Wash the chicken wings thoroughly. If they were frozen, defrost the meat in a microwave or at room temperature. Cut them into portion pieces and trim off excess skin.

Step 4

When the vegetables have simmered slightly in the pan, add the chicken wings. Mix all the ingredients so that the chicken wings end up on the bottom and the vegetables on top. This way, the meat will cook faster.

Step 5

Cover the dish with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Simmer the chicken wings with the vegetables for ten minutes, occasionally lifting the lid and stirring the ingredients with a wooden spatula or a large spoon.

Step 6

Add tomato sauce, spices, and salt to the chicken wings and vegetables. Also add the asparagus beans. Even if they were frozen, there's no need to thaw them. Mix the vegetables and meat in the pan, cover with a lid. Simmer until fully cooked for fifteen minutes.
