
Chicken wings in soy-mustard sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For marinating, use sweet mustard and soy sauce, and add spices to taste. Prepare the ingredients. It's better to choose chilled chicken wings, not frozen ones.

Rinse the wings and pat them dry. Then cut the wings into 3 parts. The smallest and thinnest part of the wing can be discarded.

Place the prepared wings into a bowl, add poultry seasoning, dried garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Thoroughly rub the spices into the wings and let them marinate for 1-2 hours.

Transfer the soy sauce to a bowl and add mustard, sugar. Mix everything.
