Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients from the list. Wash the chicken wings and dry them with paper towels.
- 2
Step 2

You can cook whole wings, but I suggest cutting them into three parts at the joints. Use the end part later for making broths—it's not good for anything else.
- 3
Step 3

Add all the marinade ingredients to the prepared wings: adjika, mustard, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, soy sauce, crushed garlic, spices, and salt to taste. Keep in mind that soy sauce is quite salty, so add salt carefully, otherwise you risk over-salting the dish.
- 4
Step 4

Mix thoroughly and let stand for at least 20–30 minutes, or leave overnight.
- 5
Step 5

The wings can be placed directly on the oiled rack or lined with parchment paper or foil.
- 6
Step 6

Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. I baked in two batches.
- 7
Step 7

The wings are ready in the air fryer. Serve hot. The wings are just as juicy and crispy as if grilled over an open flame. Delicious!
