Turkey wings baked in a multicooker

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Nevertheless, I can assure you that the dishes always turn out tender and juicy. Recently, turkey meat dishes have become very popular. And not without reason, as turkey meat is truly delicious. It's also easy to cook, almost like chicken. The only difference is that cooking time is slightly longer, but that won't stop us, will it? I'd like to share it with you. Serve hot.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

We have two turkey wings—they are much larger than chicken wings, so we cut the wings at the joint, carefully clean and wash them, then dry them thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Step 2

Mix vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and aromatic herbs.

  3. 3

    Step 3

Spread the resulting mixture over the wings, place them in a container, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours, or preferably overnight.

  4. 4

    Step 4

Turn on the multicooker in "Sauté" mode and lightly grease with oil. Set the time for 15 minutes and let it heat up for about 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Step 5

Place the marinated wings and sear them on all sides.

  6. 6

    Step 6

Now switch to the "Baking" mode, close the multicooker lid, and set the time to 40 minutes.

  7. 7

    Step 7

After 20-25 minutes, we'll open the lid and flip the wings. That's it, now we just wait for the signal indicating the end of the process. Meanwhile, you can prepare a salad or a side dish.
