Croissants in style
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Take a look at my recipe, I'll tell you. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients, mix the ground cinnamon and sugar. Thaw the dough at room temperature.
- 2
Step 2

With a fork, beat the egg. Lay out the dough—I ended up with three strips. There's no need to roll it out; use a pizza cutter to slice it into triangles.
- 3
Step 3

Brush each triangle with egg and generously sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- 4
Step 4

Cut the apple so that each half can be sliced into thin wedges, but no less than 5 mm thick. Place 2-4 apple wedges on each triangle (depending on the size of the dough).
- 5
Step 5

Roll into a roll. Brush the top with egg and sprinkle each croissant again with cinnamon and sugar.
- 6
Step 6

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the croissants on it, and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15–20 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Ready! Remove them from the baking sheet with tongs and let them cool.
- 8
Step 8

Remove from the oven and serve warm or cooled.
