Croissants dough (very simple recipe)

Description

Delicious pastries for the whole family. These croissants are perfect for breakfast with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. Serve them with jam, condensed milk, or chocolate topping. Both adults and children will love these croissants :) I recommend everyone give them a try :) Serve cooled down or slightly warm.

    Step 1

    We start by kneading the dough. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate container, then add warm milk. Knead the dough for 5–10 minutes on a floured surface. Once it becomes elastic, place it into a bowl and set in a warm place. Leave it for half an hour.

    Meanwhile, roll out the butter between two sheets of parchment paper and chill it. Knead the risen dough, then place a piece of chilled butter in the center. Roll out the dough several times. Divide the dough into two parts, and freeze one part.

    Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles. Brush the triangles with the egg and milk mixture, then roll them into croissants. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15–20 minutes.
