
Croissants with cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make the croissants even tastier and more tender, prepare them with whipped cream; it will take very little time, but the result will definitely delight you. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients.

First of all, start preparing the croissants; for this, dust the work surface of the table with flour, and lay out the dough.

Roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet, cut it into triangles.

Make a small cut at the base of the triangle.

Fold the corners of the dough and start rolling it into a roll from the base to the tip of the triangle.

Place the croissants on a baking sheet, brush them with milk. Bake for 15–20 minutes at a temperature of 180–200 °C.

Prepare a whipped cream frosting. To do this, whip the cream until the mixer whisk begins to leave clear ridges, then add vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.
