Croissants with boiled condensed milk

120 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. For croissants, use only laminated yeast dough, preferably made with butter. To keep the filling from leaking out, use only good-quality condensed milk and press the edges firmly together. Be sure to let them rise well, otherwise they may split at the sides. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Starting from the wide end, roll the dough into a roll and place it on parchment greased with vegetable oil, shaping it into croissants. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it, then brush the tops of the croissants with the egg. Cover the croissants and let them rest in a warm place for 50–60 minutes to rise. Then brush them with egg again.
