Chocolate Croissants
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Real croissants are associated with light, airy, and necessarily flaky dough. The filling, however, can vary: chocolate, cream, jam. Feel free to experiment with fillings to your taste, but I’ll share with you the recipe for perfect dough for French pastries. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
