Chocolate-filled croissants
Description
Delicious pastries for the whole family. To make chocolate-filled croissants, we'll prepare yeast-based puff pastry; it turns out tastier when made with dry yeast. As a filling, it's best to use a spread like Nutella. However, you can also melt regular chocolate and put it inside.
Instructions

Step 1

Dissolve dry yeast in milk, stir well. The milk should be warm.

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and butter. Let the butter soften beforehand.

Then add the yeast with milk, knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands.

Let the prepared dough rise for at least 30 minutes, or better yet, for an hour. Then divide it into three balls and roll each one out thinly.
- 6
Step 6

Cut each circle into triangles, as shown in the photo.

Place a teaspoon of Nutella or melted chocolate on the wide end of the triangle. By the way, you can also use a piece of chocolate bar.

Roll up the crescents, slightly bending them into a crescent shape.
- 9
Step 9

Place the croissants on a greased baking sheet and let them rise for about 20 minutes.
- 10
Step 10

Beat two eggs with 3-4 tablespoons of milk, and brush the croissants with this mixture.
