Croissants with nut filling

The recipe won’t take much time. I’m sharing the recipe: serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Place softened butter, nuts, sugar, and one egg yolk into the blender bowl.

Blend everything until smooth. The filling is ready.

Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Cut it with a knife into triangular segments and place the filling on the wide edge as shown in the photo.

Cover the filling with the dough and press well on both sides, then roll it up.

Transfer the shaped croissants to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar, and bake in the oven at 180–200 degrees until golden brown.
